What you will do

• Lead a team of Supply Chain Technical Analysts responsible for supply planning and product build plans for high-volume enterprise SSD products.
• Oversee supply execution and factory network strategies to align product availability with customer demand.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Sales, Business Operations, manufacturing partners, and Component and Materials teams.
• Lead priority calls, loading strategies, and supply recovery plans while balancing customer requirements, inventory, revenue targets, and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement across planning processes to make them more efficient, agile, and lean.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Business Operations, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and planning practices.
• Experience working with complex solvers used to determine product delivery schedules and support customer commitments.
• Ability to collaborate across regions, functions, and supply chain partners and communicate risks, tradeoffs, and mitigation plans to senior management.
• Knowledge of NAND business and market dynamics.
