Manager, Partner Development (Health Plan and Employer)

Location: Remote - United States; slight preference for candidates based in San Francisco, Chicago, New York, or Boston. Candidates residing in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Dakota, West Virginia, or Wisconsin are not considered.

Salary: $99,450–$117,000, $106,250–$125,000, or $119,000–$140,000 annually, depending on the US compensation region.

What you will do

• Win new employer business through a consultative, end-to-end sales process.
• Build and manage pipelines of employer prospects within health plan programs.
• Lead meetings with employer benefits leaders, HR decision-makers, healthcare partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage deals through signing and activation.
• Manage existing healthcare partnerships, monitor engagement, and pursue upsell, renewal, expansion, and reactivation opportunities.
• Identify process friction across sales, account management, ordering, fulfillment, and activation, then drive cross-functional improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience spanning new-business sales and post-sale account growth or client success.
• Experience in digital health, employee benefits, health plans, HR technology, or enterprise B2B environments with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Demonstrated success improving or scaling sales or account-management processes and generating measurable revenue impact.
• Confidence leading external-facing meetings independently and building trust with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, follow-through, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing company with changing priorities.
