Manager - BCG Vantage - BCG's Health Care Practice Area

Location: Boston, Chicago, London, Washington, or New York. Regular work from a BCG office or in person with clients is generally expected for around 50% of working time.

US base salary: $136600–$142500 annually, plus a discretionary bonus of up to 20%.

What you will do

• Provide biopharma commercial expertise and analytical guidance to case and proposal teams.
• Define analytical approaches and conduct advanced patient claims data analysis across healthcare topics.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable client strategies and recommendations.
• Lead the development, deployment, adoption, and commercialization of proprietary digital and AI-enabled products and tools.
• Manage product roadmaps and collaborate with engineering and data teams on scalable solutions.
• Coach junior colleagues and support their goal setting, feedback, and career development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting experience in biopharma commercial topics and/or AI and digital product development and management, or at least 4 years of clinical or biopharma industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience structuring and executing healthcare claims data analysis; EMR analysis experience is welcome.
• Experience with AI or GenAI applications in a product or business context.
• Understanding of modern data and technology architectures, agile product development, and business-to-technical translation.
• Fluency in English is required. Work is generally based in or connected to the listed BCG offices and client sites.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience in the biopharma commercial area.
