What you will do

• Own a health product area end to end, from requirements and strategy through development and launch.
• Translate product strategy into user experience and technical requirements with UX and AI model development partners.
• Shape how medical knowledge is sourced, retrieved, ranked, grounded, and presented using authoritative evidence.
• Break ambiguous problems into phased execution plans and lead cross-functional teams through delivery.
• Coordinate scope, schedules, dependencies, and communication across engineering, design, clinical, privacy, and compliance partners.
• Define quality standards, goals, experiments, and evaluation methods using data, user research, and clinical expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a clinical or health-related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management or an equivalent field.
• Experience with LLMs and/or generative AI, or demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience shipping products in regulated or high-consequence domains, with privacy, compliance, and safety treated as design constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare software used by consumers, clinicians, or care delivery organizations.
• Experience with search, ranking, retrieval, recommendation systems, information quality, or provenance.
• Experience partnering with subject-matter experts to define quality bars, ground truth, and evaluation methodologies.
