Senior Analyst (B2B SaaS)

Location: San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Boston, Madrid, or London

Base salary for US locations: $108,000–$117,500 per year, plus a discretionary bonus of up to 16% and retirement contributions.

What you will do

• Provide industry and functional expertise to case teams, proposal teams, topic leaders, and clients in the enterprise software and B2B SaaS sector.
• Develop research, analyses, knowledge assets, proprietary tools, and intellectual property.
• Contribute insights to proposals, client workshops, commercialization activities, and marketing materials.
• Formulate analytical approaches to challenges involving pricing, go-to-market, M&A, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with global colleagues in virtual and agile teams while navigating complex and ambiguous problems.
• Support the onboarding and training of junior colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of consulting experience in enterprise software or B2B SaaS, or at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate credibly with case teams and clients, and navigate complexity and ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Four to six or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Consulting experience in the enterprise software sector.
• Curiosity and proficiency with AI-enabled tools and GenAI platforms for productivity, insight generation, problem solving, and workflow automation.
