Agile Product Management Senior Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: Morris Plains, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work schedule with 10% domestic travel required for project meetings

Salary: $155,854–$193,600 per year. The role may also include eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead program governance activities, including backlog prioritization and stakeholder negotiation.
• Manage technical roadmaps, non-functional requirements, feature specifications, and multi-release product plans.
• Write and maintain Definition of Ready user stories and groom the development backlog.
• Collaborate with agile teams, business and financial groups, engineers, clients, and onsite/offshore teams to deliver product capabilities.
• Resolve cross-team dependencies, support testing and deployment activities, and monitor business outcomes and product health.
• Integrate development and testing tooling, including Git, Jenkins, JMeter, SOAP UI, and test harnesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the healthcare domain and in client-customized software frameworks.
• Experience analyzing WFLs and COBOL programs on Unisys and IBM mainframes, coding JCL, and performing unit testing.
• Experience with Datapower XML frameworks, Mule Enterprise Service Bus, DB2, Oracle, PL/SQL, REXX, CICS, IMS DB, IBM Z/OS, and related mainframe technologies.
• Experience with functional studies, requirements analysis, technical design and documentation, SIT, UAT, deployment, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CA Rally, JIRA, SQL, data warehousing, data modeling, BI reporting, technical roadmaps, and project planning.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Teradata, Hadoop, Attunity, HTML, XML/XSD, and Datapower-Mule services.
• Experience supporting front-end Java development teams with legacy program and database information.
