Manager, BCG Vantage – AI Cost Advantage

Location: London or Madrid

US base salary range: $126,400–$132,000 annually; applicable to US locations only.

What you will do

• Support the strategy, execution, and commercialization of the AI Cost Advantage portfolio of knowledge assets, services, and expertise.
• Design and build proprietary cost diagnostic tools, benchmarking databases, taxonomies, playbooks, and GenAI-enabled agents.
• Apply product management practices including roadmapping, backlog prioritization, requirements specification, and lifecycle management from ideation through iteration.
• Engage with case teams and clients to translate cost expertise and firmwide assets into tailored solutions with measurable impact.
• Drive adoption through training, change management, and commercialization of internal tools and platforms.
• Mentor junior colleagues and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across Cost and related Practice Areas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting experience in cost transformation, cost take-out, or related topics; alternatively, 4+ years of industry experience, with 6–10+ years strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Specialization in a cost-related functional area such as People & Organization, Operations, or Technology & Digital Advantage.
• Experience with product management, business requirements, product lifecycles, AI agents or AI solutions, and end-user adoption.
• Understanding of the technology landscape and AI platforms.
• Fluency in English required. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

• Consulting experience focused on cost transformation or related topics.
• Advanced degree.
• Broader knowledge across the cost portfolio beyond a primary functional specialization.
