Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage, Health Care - Biopharma R&D (Biopharma R&D)

Location: No fixed location specified; occasional travel to serve clients onsite is expected.

What you will do

• Deliver biopharma R&D expertise, analysis, and insights to client cases, proposals, and workshops.
• Formulate research and analytical approaches to solve client problems in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to case teams, clients, and project leaders.
• Support commercialization through proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials.
• Develop intellectual property, proprietary tools, data, workshops, frameworks, and surveys for Biopharma R&D.
• Support onboarding and training for junior colleagues and travel occasionally to serve clients onsite.

Requirements

• 2+ years of consulting experience in the biopharmaceutical industry focused on Biopharma R&D, or at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Master’s degree required.
• Experience in drug discovery, research, and preferably clinical development, including clinical trial design, study planning, trial execution, or trial management.
• Exposure to AI, data, and analytics is preferred.
• Fluent English, strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in virtual groups, navigate complexity, and propose creative solutions.
