Project Manager (Technical - Remote US)

Location: 100% remote anywhere within the United States; preference for Puerto Rico. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required. No relocation support to Puerto Rico is provided.

Salary: $89,649–$152,404 annually.

What you will do

• Support contract solutions, project scope, budget forecasts, schedules, timesheets, and deliverables.
• Develop project work plans, determine resource requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, quality assurance activities, and project documentation.
• Monitor expenses, project scope, deadlines, and delivery quality against business requirements.
• Coordinate client and stakeholder communications, including status updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
• Support release coordination, implementation readiness, post-launch support, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, including 3 years managing IT or software delivery projects.
• At least 1 year managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong organization, communication, planning, problem-solving, and client service skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and PMP certification.
• Spanish fluency.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery approaches; CSM or equivalent certification.
• Experience with vendors, subcontractors, SaaS solutions, system integrations, or configurable business applications.
• Experience supporting disaster management, resilience, housing, infrastructure, or technology modernization programs.
