Talent Outreach Specialist

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; or Cleveland, OH, United States

Base salary: $41,250–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Execute recruiting and talent outreach events, initiatives, and programs aligned with business and talent priorities.
• Support business leaders and recruiting partners across sourcing, interviewing, offers, and other recruiting-cycle activities.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external organizations that expand access to underrepresented talent.
• Plan and coordinate key outreach events and programs while serving as a primary liaison for prospective candidates.
• Use recruiting technologies to manage talent pipelines and apply metrics and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with recruiting, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, candidate experience, and talent management.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, employer branding, job interviews, and negotiation.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
