Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Remote or in-office in Lakewood, Colorado; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States

Salary: $70,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Build diverse pipelines of technical candidates through networking, research, data mining, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, including onsite and video interviews, debriefs, candidate travel, and reimbursements.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, manage requisitions, update job descriptions, and align recruiting with business goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics in the applicant tracking system.
• Support recruiting events, employer branding, compliance activities, and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to recruit or source for technical positions; engineering recruiting experience is preferred.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related business field is preferred but not required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Boolean search strings across multiple sourcing channels.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly Paycom.
