Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Andover, Massachusetts, with candidates near Andover, Massachusetts; Broomfield, Colorado; or Rochester, New York strongly preferred. Periodic onsite collaboration may be required.

Salary: $88,425–$147,375 per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring needs and manage requisitions.
• Develop sourcing strategies through recruiting channels, advertising, networking, and talent pipeline development.
• Screen and evaluate candidates and support interviews and selection decisions.
• Manage candidate communications, interview coordination, documentation, and the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Support employment offer development and negotiation while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Build relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, external search firms, and other talent sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates across varied positions and functions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using recruiting systems, candidate databases, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized professional roles.
• Experience working with external search firms and recruiting agencies.
• Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Experience supporting college recruiting, internships, or early-career programs.
