Contracts Analyst 1

Location: Remote in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Develop and prepare contracts and budgets for assigned customers in support of the global sales team.
• Work with project teams to define appropriate contract terms and conditions.
• Negotiate, develop, and revise contracts, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Ensure budgets accurately reflect project scope and integrate study changes into master contracts.
• Act as the primary customer interface for small to mid-size projects and support senior team members on larger projects.
• Project-manage the contracting process and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of direct experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English is required for collaboration with the global team.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers.
