Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst

Location: Toreo, Naucalpan, Mexico City Metropolitan Area; hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. Occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly planning processes.
• Maintain financial models, planning assumptions, and risks and opportunities tracking.
• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, SG&A, profitability, headcount, and working capital.
• Prepare variance analyses against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results.
• Present financial insights to business leaders and develop scenario analyses and decision-support tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, cost finance, or a related function.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting cycles, and monthly business performance reviews.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ERP or OneStream.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, commercial, life sciences, or distribution environments.
