What you will do

• Act as the strategic liaison between product teams and regional strategic partners.
• Lead partner briefings and enablement sessions focused on the business value of new products and features.
• Help partners position and deliver value with hirify.global’s evolving platform.
• Identify, co-create, document, and share high-impact use cases and partner success stories.
• Translate global product innovation, technical updates, roadmaps, and integrations into actionable partner narratives.
• Lead outreach and identify early-stage co-innovation opportunities aligned with roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Experience working with strategic partners, channel ecosystems, or enablement functions.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into business-relevant use cases.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including simplifying technical concepts for business audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partner Solution Engineering, and Partner teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
• Fluent English, spoken and written
