Sales Representative - Pasto

Location: Pasto, Colombia; based in Pasto or willing to relocate. Full-time position with flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Develop business within the assigned geographical territory and deliver key commercial metrics.
• Ensure the availability, assortment, coverage, and distribution of priority products.
• Build long-term relationships with distributors, indirect customers, agencies, and other commercial partners.
• Identify customer needs and insights to create commercial opportunities.
• Negotiate and execute commercial plans aligned with business priorities.

Requirements

• University degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer management, or commercial operations.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes and operations, with strong commercial and customer management skills.
• Achievement orientation, leadership, customer focus, and operational discipline.
• Eligible to work in Colombia and based in Pasto or willing to relocate.
