Business Development Manager (Automation)

Location: Burlington, Ontario, Canada; travel across North America may reach 50%.

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 per year, plus benefits, bonuses, and additional extra-hours payments.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on evolving client needs.
• Develop strategic RFP responses and proposals to support client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with District Leaders on revenue growth, company direction, and strategy development.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, judgment, analytical ability, and critical thinking.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel up to 50% across North America.
• Post-secondary education in engineering is preferred.
