Lead Advanced Network Tech Support

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; onsite five days per week. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $130,700–$196,100 USD annual

What you will do

• Integrate, test, support, and document new technology platforms for network environments.
• Collaborate with CTO partners in Agile and DevOps environments and review and sign off on technical designs.
• Design and operate functions on disaggregated networks and cloud infrastructure using software-defined networking, virtualization, and containerization.
• Resolve complex network issues, lead critical outage response, conduct root cause analysis, and drive problem management.
• Develop custom operational tools, network performance metrics, automation, and advanced data analytics solutions.
• Coach partner organizations and mentor less experienced staff while leading significant projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desired.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Experience with advanced networking techniques, virtualization, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and network automation.
• Must work onsite in Richardson, Texas, five days per week; relocation is not offered.
