Branch Manager (Automotive Recycling)

Location: Saint-Lazare, Quebec, Canada; on-site branch operations. Work schedule is Monday to Friday with availability for one weekend out of every two.

Used-vehicle recycling operations are part of a large metal recycling organization with automotive recycling centers across several Canadian provinces and sites worldwide.

What you will do

• Manage, train, develop, and motivate production and customer service teams.
• Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and provide ongoing operational follow-up.
• Ensure consistent customer service quality and participate actively in daily branch operations.
• Maintain and control inventories of vehicles, tires, batteries, catalytic converters, and other materials.
• Buy and sell used vehicles and collaborate with project managers across automotive sales and related areas.
• Oversee local marketing initiatives and support branch production and sales objectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of customer service experience.
• At least 5 years of team management experience.
• Leadership and customer service orientation.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage stress effectively.
• Availability for the stated weekday and alternating weekend schedule.
