Store Manager (Retail)

Location: Park Royal, West Vancouver, Canada; onsite role

Base pay: $85,000–$95,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead store sales, profitability, customer experience, and performance against revenue and operational KPIs.
• Manage and develop the store team through hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance assessment, and engagement.
• Oversee inventory, cycle counts, order fulfillment, back-of-house organization, retail technology, supplies, and shrink reduction.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, product assortment, replenishment, campaign signage, windows, fixtures, and store presentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, remove operational roadblocks, and improve store performance.
• Promote customer services including piercing, engraving, and other in-store offerings.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Experience managing financial performance, top-line sales, reporting data, payroll budgets, and expenses.
• Strong leadership experience attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining talent.
• Understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment and excellent communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of the local market, retail trends, and professional networks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change.
