Salary: $87,000–$130,000 per year; most qualified candidates receive $87,000–$97,400.

What you will do
- Lead data-driven instruction through student work analysis, assessment cycles, interim assessment scoring, and school-wide response systems.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide real-time and planning-based feedback to teachers and instructional leaders.
- Design and deliver professional development, lead team meetings, and support teacher and instructional leader coaching.
- Manage school-wide academic systems, including office hours, grade books, lesson internalization feedback, and reteach or response curricula.
- Partner with the Principal and cross-functional staff to improve student achievement and socio-emotional development.
- Support network and regional instructional initiatives, walkthroughs, inspections, working groups, and curriculum development.
Requirements
- Three or more years of teaching experience with evidence of outstanding student growth and achievement.
- Demonstrated instructional coaching experience contributing to teacher growth and development.
- Strong teaching skills, content knowledge across multiple grade spans or content areas, and lesson plan development proficiency.
- Ability to lead teacher professional development, manage people, navigate difficult conversations, and hold stakeholders accountable supportively.
- Systems-based thinking, strong organizational skills, flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree and commitment to ’ instructional leadership principles.
