Strategic Learning Consultant (EdTech)

Location: US-REMOTE; remote role with required travel to client sites and possible extended onsite engagements.

Estimated base salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year.

What you will do

• Create and execute communication, training, and engagement plans with project sponsors, leaders, instructional designers, and staff.
• Support organizational change, product adoption, and implementation of instructional goals across large organizations.
• Analyze challenges and apply targeted strategies to improve teaching and learning with Instructure products.
• Mentor leaders, faculty, designers, and staff on Canvas, Canvas Career, Impact, and related products.
• Develop adoption resources, model courses, help documents, course materials, and presentations.
• Plan and deliver consulting sessions, monitor progress, identify additional support needs, and travel to client sites as required.

Requirements

• At least three years of teaching or consulting experience, including experience with a digital learning environment.
• At least two years of Canvas experience, including creating engaging and inclusive Canvas courses.
• At least one year of educational leadership experience overseeing teams supporting learning and assessment management systems.
• Experience leading change, building relationships, developing professional programs, and rolling out technology platforms to large organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technology or equivalent; a master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Instructional Technology is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites is required, with possible additional travel and extended onsite engagements.

• Experience with Studio, Catalog, Credentials, or Impact.
• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Instructional Technology.
