AI Learning Experience Lead

Location: Hybrid in Long Island City, New York; on-site Tuesday–Thursday and work-from-anywhere Monday and Friday

Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Iterate on the learning thesis, curriculum, progression models, and key learning activities for AI-native programs.
• Define and measure learner outcomes including skill progression, job readiness, and longer-term employment results.
• Specify instructional inputs such as learning goals, templates, success criteria, and pacing models for an AI training agent and related products.
• Use market feedback, learning data, and input from Development, Jobs, and Program teams to improve curriculum and delivery.
• Prototype and refine content models, facilitator workflows, and delivery systems using user feedback and outcomes.
• Adapt learning experiences for new audiences, formats, pilots, and partnerships.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in product management, learning and development systems, or workforce enablement.
• Experience designing transformational in-person experiences that use structure and community to drive outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI tools for learning and experience building AI-enabled workflows and prototypes.
• Product mindset with an iterative, pragmatic, data-informed approach and accountability for impact.
• Strong collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and ability to design structured, scalable solutions.
• Deep empathy for adult learners and commitment to equity, technology access, and opportunity for underrepresented communities.
