What you will do
- Drive global business operations strategies and principles to support world-class performance.
- Own the Quality Management System and improve efficiency, profitability, consistency, and compliance.
- Analyze processes and operational data to identify performance, efficiency, and customer-service improvements.
- Introduce, train, and monitor the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Develop, train, and mentor employees while building a strong quality and process-focused mindset.
- Build collaborative relationships across the global network and support local solutions aligned with global standards.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of customs brokerage experience, including at least 3 years at management level.
- Strong knowledge of customs brokerage processes, systems, legislation, classification, valuation, origin, tariffs, and regulations.
- Understanding of ocean, transcon, air, and road transportation documentation and Incoterms.
- Analytical, organizational, negotiation, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent English and strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
Nice to have
- Hazardous Materials certification.
- Knowledge of customs authorities and experience maintaining professional relationships with them.
