What you will do

• Process customer orders and send them to distribution facilities.
• Verify inventory availability and route orders through EDI and retailer portals.
• Coordinate with retailers, 3PLs, transport carriers, Sales, and Finance.
• Monitor open-order files, routing issues, action items, and expected completion dates.
• Support on-time delivery and OTIF performance objectives.
• Research chargebacks, rejected claims, compliance errors, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Commerce.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
• 2+ years of B2B experience with major retailers.
• Intermediate Excel skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and effectively within a team.
