Tracking Operations Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Queretaro, Mexico; onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on coverage.

What you will do

• Track freight throughout the full shipment lifecycle from dispatch to delivery using phone calls and electronic tracking tools.
• Communicate freight updates to customers, carriers, and internal operations teams.
• Document shipment data accurately for each operational scenario.
• Use critical thinking to escalate issues and maintain visibility through load boards and freight management systems.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, order delays, and unusual shipment situations.
• Issue driver expense payments when required.

Requirements

• Proficient verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and change focus quickly.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Prior tracking experience is preferred.
