AI Product Owner Director

What you will do

• Own and continuously prioritize the operations use-case backlog according to ROI, feasibility, and reusability.
• Translate stakeholder needs into product briefs and define measurable success criteria.
• Maintain an actionable roadmap across the AI product portfolio.
• Identify and productize reusable components, models, and delivery patterns.
• Communicate AI capabilities and upcoming initiatives to operations stakeholders.
• Partner with senior leadership on portfolio progress, ROI realization, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including roadmap ownership and strategic prioritization in data, analytics, or AI environments.
• Technical fluency in AI solutions and the ability to collaborate credibly with data scientists and ML engineers.
• Understanding of operations workflows; financial services operations experience is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership presentation skills.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
