Lead Product Manager (AI Agents)

Location: Ontario, Canada; remote role

Salary: 98,000.00–104,000.00 CAD annually, plus potential bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentives

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for customer-focused AI Agents.
• Lead customer discovery, market research, and business analysis to identify and validate valuable Agent opportunities.
• Define product outcomes, scope, success metrics, and requirements from ambiguous opportunities.
• Partner with product, engineering, and other teams to design, build, launch, and roll out AI Agents.
• Own Agent performance after launch, using customer adoption and commercial results to guide improvements and future investments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally including recent AI technology experience.
• Exceptional product judgment, customer empathy, commercial instincts, and ability to evaluate willingness to pay.
• Strong technical fluency with AI Agents, LLMs, APIs, MCP, and modern AI architectures.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguity and lead execution across teams without direct management authority.
• Clear communication and strong cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI or agentic AI products.
• Experience launching and monetizing B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with vertical SaaS, operational workflow automation, fitness, wellness, or health club technology.
• Experience with gym management platforms or comparable vertical SaaS product suites.
