Sr. Director, Product Management, AI Product Strategy (AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute AI strategy across Content Management products.
• Lead and mentor a global AI product organization while fostering innovation, accountability, and client empathy.
• Architect and deliver production-grade agentic systems using MCP, A2A protocols, Google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, and related AI frameworks.
• Partner with Development, Data Science, and Data Cloud teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing AI products.
• Represent the enterprise AI strategy at industry events, client forums, analyst briefings, and advisory boards.
• Align product roadmaps with business goals, modern data architectures, knowledge graphs, and unstructured data management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science, AI, and machine learning, including at least 3 years leading enterprise-scale product organizations.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing agentic AI systems.
• Deep expertise in MCP, A2A protocols, Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Experience with AI/ML, data management, Lakehouse, Data Fabric, knowledge graphs, and modern data architectures.
• Experience with unstructured data management, AI model grounding, and context engineering to reduce hallucinations.
• Proven ability to ship enterprise SaaS products, influence C-level stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.
