AI Platform Product Manager

Location: St. John's, Canada; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office

hirify.global is developing an enterprise AI platform that enables teams to build, deploy, and interact with AI capabilities, agents, and workflows.

What you will do

• Own assigned product areas across discovery, requirements gathering, launch, iteration, and production support.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder and customer needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to clarify scope, resolve ambiguity, and drive decisions across sprints.
• Define feature success metrics and use data and user feedback to guide product iterations.
• Communicate platform vision and roadmap progress to senior leadership while connecting technical complexity to business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of product management experience with demonstrated end-to-end feature ownership.
• Experience with generative AI products, including large language models, AI agents, or data-driven AI applications.
• Ability to manage a product roadmap and balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agile development practices and product management tools.
• Technical fluency for credible collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platform environments.
