Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Toronto office at 351 King St E, Suite 1100, Toronto, ON

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 CAD annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus and/or commission and other benefits.

What you will do

• Contribute to the roadmap for core platform services, including APIs, data infrastructure, identity, and integration frameworks.
• Translate platform strategy into product requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria.
• Partner with engineering and product teams on backlog prioritization, technical design discussions, sprint planning, and delivery.
• Coordinate shared capability needs and integrations across vertical product teams.
• Maintain documentation, standards, release notes, integration guides, and platform enablement materials.
• Monitor platform performance, reliability, and adoption metrics while managing risks and cross-team dependencies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management or technical product ownership experience in SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, events and notifications infrastructure, and modern cloud architectures.
• Experience translating technical concepts into actionable product requirements and user value.
• Demonstrated success partnering with engineering teams to deliver technical features.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work 3 days per week from the Toronto office.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, API management tools, or developer platforms.
• Exposure to data infrastructure, identity management, or observability systems.
• Experience in AI-native product development environments using agentic tools.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
