Security, Environmental Health, and Safety Manager (Logistics)

Location: El Paso, Texas, United States; onsite district role with occasional off-site work.

What you will do

• Lead district security and environmental health and safety programs and support implementation of company standards.
• Manage CCTV, intrusion alarms, access controls, fire safety systems, forklifts, and related health and safety tools.
• Investigate security incidents, workplace incidents, and near misses; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, Operational Performance Standards, CTPAT/AEO requirements, and service-provider controls.
• Conduct facility risk assessments, security and safety reviews, business continuity testing, and customer audit preparation.
• Deliver security, safety, onboarding, lockdown, and other role-specific training to employees and service providers.

Requirements

• Must work at the El Paso, Texas district location.
• Minimum four years of hirify.global or relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Leadership, communication, presentation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, strategic planning, adaptability, and change-management skills.
• Knowledge of security, environmental health and safety regulations, incident response, risk mitigation, and logistics-related compliance programs.

Nice to have

• Physical Security Professional (PSP) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification.
