Director, Global Markets Trading & Financing - Business Management (Capital Markets)

What you will do

• Provide hands-on business management support to the Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities, Global Markets Financing, and Financial Resource Management businesses.
• Coordinate business planning, initiative delivery, workplans, roadmaps, action logs, status updates, and change documentation.
• Maintain governance, risk, regulatory, supervisory, technology, and management information records.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory and compliance requests, issue remediation, incident tracking, access reviews, and evidence collection.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, expense reviews, invoice validation, vendor onboarding, cost tracking, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Technology, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Procurement, and regional Business Management teams while improving processes and standardization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Capital Markets, Business Management, Finance, Operations, Risk Management, corporate development, or a related function.
• Knowledge of FICC, financing, funding, liquidity, capital, or balance sheet management is an asset.
• Degree in Commerce or Business Management, or an Accounting designation; MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong execution, analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder coordination, and deadline-management skills.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and at the specified Toronto location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, workflow tools, or AI-enabled productivity tools.
• MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
