What you will do

• Deliver strategic ServiceNow implementation initiatives within scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams while maintaining program alignment.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams, managing communication, expectations, and escalations.
• Establish program governance, track performance indicators, anticipate risks, and support informed decisions.
• Mentor project managers, promote delivery best practices, and ensure deliverable quality.
• Support change management, solution adoption, and achievement of expected client benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems management, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Senior Project and Program Manager in an IT delivery environment.
• French and English bilingualism required.
• English is required for communication with clients and partners outside Quebec.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA certification.
