Fulfillment Center Supervisor (Warehouse)

Location: Montgomery, New York, United States. Full-time onsite role on the 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, with rotating coverage between 12:00am–8:30am and 8:00pm–4:30am.

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead hourly associates to achieve productivity, accuracy, quality, and customer service goals.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly department operations and adjust staffing levels to meet objectives.
• Improve fulfillment processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Use operational reports and fulfillment or warehouse management technology to evaluate performance.
• Partner with fulfillment-center leadership to maintain operational standards and foster safe work practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Basic English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use fulfillment and distribution technology, including WMS where appropriate.
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry products weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible and work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variations.
