Warehouse Associate I

Location: Onsite in Waltham, Massachusetts, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

What you will do

• Pick, pack, ship, receive, replenish, and organize finished goods and raw materials.
• Count, receive, consolidate, and track inventory using SAP and handheld scanners.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, inspect incoming goods, and document damage or discrepancies.
• Deliver production materials, process interplant transfers, and coordinate issues with Planning and other departments.
• Perform cycle counts, consolidate inventory to optimize storage, and support continuous improvement.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining safe, clean, and organized warehouse areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to operate forklifts, walkie pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Basic computer and math skills with strong organization, time management, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, climb, and lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds; PPE is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or replenishment.
• Experience using handheld scanners.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or another warehouse-management system.
