Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Annual base pay: $71,000–$131,800 per year

What you will do

• Supervise warehouse personnel across line support, shipping, and receiving to maintain efficient operations.
• Coordinate shipments, customer routing requirements, inventory transfers, and pick-pack activities.
• Improve material and inventory flow between the warehouse and manufacturing plant.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, 5S standards, process audits, and root-cause resolution.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and customer service to achieve at least 95% on-time delivery and reduce shipping errors.
• Manage employee timesheets, performance evaluations, cross-training, policy compliance, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Associate or technical degree in a related field, or five years of relevant work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, JD Edwards, SAP, intranet, and internet tools.
• Knowledge of replenishment systems, Lean Manufacturing strategies, warehouse processes, and inventory accuracy practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours, manage interruptions, adapt to changing circumstances, and meet tight deadlines.
