Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Respond to repair requests and examine equipment and facilities to identify operating conditions and maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits and perform permitted electrical work according to recognized safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Complete maintenance documentation, safety checks, and equipment operation required for assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related experience required; 3–5 years preferred.
• At least two years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• At least two years of electrical experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics and using technical manuals.
• Willingness and ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
