Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

Location: Onsite at the PCA Seattle Plant in Algona, Washington; ability to work the third shift is required.

Salary: $28.07–$37.82 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities in a production environment.
• Respond to equipment breakdown calls and restore machinery operation.
• Work safely as part of a multi-craft maintenance team.
• Develop additional mechanical and electrical maintenance skills through provided training.

Requirements

• Ability to work the third shift and in an onsite production environment.
• Read and write English.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Provide basic hand tools; specialized, heavy, and other required tools are provided by PCA.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry.
