Maintenance Tech - 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States. Onsite role with placement on 2nd or 3rd shift according to plant needs and seniority; the production schedule includes three shifts.

Salary: $30.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience. Annual bonus based on achievement of plant performance metrics.

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities safely in a production environment.
• Respond to equipment breakdown calls and restore machinery operation.
• Work as part of a multi-craft maintenance team.
• Develop additional multi-craft maintenance skills through provided training.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• At least two years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Ability to work assigned 2nd or 3rd shifts in a three-shift production schedule.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in the mechanical or electrical trades.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging or printing industry.
