Senior Business Solutions Consultant (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Contribute to complex, large-scale, multi-year client enterprise transformation programs.
• Gather, synthesize, and analyze business and systems information to identify issues and present recommendations.
• Develop client-specific requirements, standard operating procedures, functional roles, process flows, and user guides.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Clinical, Provider, and IT teams to deliver customer commitments.
• Lead engagement workstreams, own deliverable artifacts, and support planning, estimating, operational readiness, and change management.
• Coach, mentor, and support the professional development of junior resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare or insurance, technology platform delivery, and program or project management.
• Experience advising and influencing senior executive leaders in complex matrixed environments.
• Strong written and spoken communication, leadership, interpersonal, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
