Senior Manager Corporate Strategy & Transformation

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office; United States salary range specified for Texas

Salary: USD 119,500–275,000 annual base salary in Texas, plus possible variable incentives.

What you will do

• Support large-scale transformation projects under the Catalyst program and deliver measurable impact across HPE.
• Drive enterprise-wide strategic priorities related to growth, portfolio development, and competitive positioning.
• Support business units and FP&A teams in developing long-term plans and growth strategies.
• Frame strategic problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver actionable insights.
• Influence senior executives and build alignment across multiple functions and complex stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience, including significant management consulting experience at manager level or above.
• Experience in large-scale transformation and corporate strategy.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing senior executives.
• Strong financial modeling, market analysis, negotiation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Familiarity with the B2B technology industry or similar sectors preferred.
