Sales Operations Project Coordinator (Construction)

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania; projects and travel throughout Western Canada, with site visits and customer meetings as required. Travel up to 15–20% throughout Canada.

Base salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Support the Project Execution Manager with planning, coordination, execution, and close-out of active construction-related projects.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, action-item trackers, budgets, resource requirements, and status dashboards.
• Coordinate project documentation, meeting minutes, correspondence, drawings, records, filing systems, and project presentations.
• Schedule internal, customer, and project review meetings while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Operations, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify risks, schedule impacts, and potential issues; follow up on commitments and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Conduct material-availability analysis, support RFPs and proposals, and assist with contract, change, interface, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the applicable country without employer-sponsored immigration support is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction, engineering, industrial, energy, power, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Autodesk, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar project management software.
• PMP or CAPM certification, project management coursework, or knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and supporting Lean, continuous improvement, or process optimization initiatives.
• Familiarity with EPC, Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Time & Material, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
