Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager (Mission Critical)

Location: Seattle, WA; ability to work on site in Wenatchee, WA is required.

Base salary: $77,000–$110,000 per year, with compensation varying by location, experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.

What you will do

• Support planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution of complex data center projects.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track project costs, commitments, pay applications, budget updates, and long-lead equipment deliveries.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, clients, consultants, and design teams to resolve issues and maintain progress.
• Support coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, including power distribution, backup power, cooling, and controls.
• Assist with commissioning readiness, inspections, punch lists, turnover documentation, safety, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or in a similar commercial construction role.
• Prior experience supporting mission critical or data center construction projects.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project financials.
• Familiarity with complex MEP systems and installation, testing, and commissioning coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work on site in Wenatchee, Washington. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office is required; a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, with equivalent relevant experience considered.
