What you will do

  • Review and verify air export documents, including house and airline air waybills, consol pouches, and related shipping paperwork.
  • Monitor flight updates, validate shipment checklists, maintain daily operational records, and report irregularities.
  • Prepare, correct, distribute, and file house air waybills, consol documents, and related operational and accounting records.
  • Arrange airline space reservations, loading plans, pre-alerts, and corrections for document errors.
  • Handle export local-charge billing, customer reports, MAWB stock control, comats, and general telephone inquiries.
  • Coordinate with consol staff at downtown and airport offices and follow established handling procedures.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the forwarding or carrier industry.
  • Good command of English required.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work the night shift.
