Spare Part Administrator (SAP/Logistics)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; onsite position reporting to the Spare Parts Administration Manager.

What you will do

• Execute the quote-to-cash process for spare parts sales, including customer requests, quotations, orders, and confirmations.
• Prepare offers and manage spare parts orders in SAP or through web services.
• Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, availability, order processing, returns, and claims.
• Follow up on customer offers and orders to maximize sales and ensure on-time, complete delivery.
• Coordinate logistics, payment terms, customer information, reports, and backlog management.
• Follow up on non-conformity issues, provide resolutions, and support commercial customer reviews.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of trade, supply, industrial retail, spare parts, and logistics.
• Knowledge of order management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while managing priorities and multiple customer requests.
• Expertise in Excel.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Certificate in logistics.
