What you will do
- Manage customer requests, inquiries, offers, orders, confirmations, and payment terms for spare parts.
- Prepare offers and process orders in SAP or through web services.
- Follow up on delivery performance, backlog status, returns, claims, and non-conformity issues.
- Coordinate logistics according to country-specific requirements and customer needs.
- Maintain customer information in SAP, participate in reporting, and support customer reviews and commercial actions.
- Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and support promotion of SSO.
Requirements
- Fluent Russian and English is required.
- Good knowledge of trade, supply, industrial retail, spare parts, or logistics.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Expertise in Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Logistics certification is advantageous.
