Senior Supply Chain Excellence and S&OP Manager, ASEAN

What you will do

• Lead monthly regional S&OP cycles and align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on demand, supply, and manufacturing capacity.
• Develop demand and capacity scenarios, validate RCCP inputs, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actions such as load shifting and capacity flexing.
• Govern regional supply chain KPIs covering forecast accuracy, cost to serve, capacity utilization, OTIF, and inventory turns.
• Lead ASEAN digitalization and automation initiatives, including RCCP dashboards and automated supply chain workflows.
• Optimize multi-echelon inventory, safety stock, lead-time parameters, purchasing, replenishment, and working capital.
• Standardize best-practice operating models and coordinate supply strategies with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of supply chain management experience, including at least 4 years leading S&OP, production planning, or supply chain excellence initiatives in a regional or complex environment.
• Deep knowledge of Master Production Scheduling, shop-floor constraints, RCCP, capacity modeling, and factory execution.
• Experience managing complex multi-country operations, ideally across ASEAN.
• Advanced data modeling and supply chain analytics capabilities.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation projects, digitalization, process optimization, and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business; an MBA or APICS CSCP/CPIM or PMP certification is preferred.
