Material Planner II (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite in Teparuk, Thailand. Travel is not required.

hirify.global Technology operates a Teparuk manufacturing site producing nano-recording heads for hard disk drives.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate production and materials activities across the complete production cycle.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and related departments to secure raw materials cost-effectively and on schedule.
• Manage materials to support production, build, and shipping plans.
• Monitor customer demand, delivery timing, and inventory against corporate targets.
• Lead internal requirement meetings to identify issues, meet demand, and maximize manufacturing capacity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve production goals.

Requirements

• Background in SAP or ERP systems and material or production control planning.
• Knowledge of supply chain and distribution management.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Planning, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluent English with effective verbal, listening, and written communication.
• Knowledge of automated or AI tools supporting planning activities.
