What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of B2B sales professionals.
• Support new business acquisition, customer onboarding, and account growth through cross-selling.
• Drive team activity, productivity, KPIs, and sales targets through hands-on leadership.
• Manage daily team operations, meetings, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
• Coach the team in best practices, customer care, and consistent sales execution.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales leadership or team management.
• B2B sales experience, ideally in fuel cards, telematics, or a related sector.
• Experience coaching, motivating, and developing successful sales teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
